About Brinton

Brinton R. McCusker was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997 and is a founding partner of Bakerink, McCusker & Belden. His practice focuses on Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and General Civil Litigation, including auto, motorcycle, and truck collisions, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites, and defective products. He also handles eviction matters for landlords and property managers, and general civil litigation such as breach of contract and real property disputes. Prior to his legal career, he served in the U.S. Army as a Russian interpreter from 1985 to 1989.
