About Britney

Britney Hamilton brings several years of litigation experience and a deep knowledge of medical injury evaluation. She has defended hundreds of depositions, including cross-examinations of medical doctors, and is experienced in helping clients respond to discovery, settle cases, and win motions in state and federal court. Prior to joining DSLG, Britney was an associate attorney at an insurance defense firm. A graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Britney worked as a law clerk at the Public Defender’s and District Attorney’s Office during law school.
