Broc’s practice focuses on areas of law that require a knowledge base in tax, such as Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Business Law, and other civil matters. Broc obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, a top-rated tax law program. It is with this specialized knowledge that Broc provides top-level legal services to all the firm’s clients in such a complex field of law. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has established a strong reputation within the local legal community as an excellent attorney with the drive to advocate for his clients. Broc represents both individuals and companies in disputes, resolutions, and transactional work. Broc currently serves as de facto general counsel for a number of businesses, providing strategic legal guidance on a wide range of matters. Broc currently resides in Ventura County, California, where he lives with his wife and continues to expand the firm’s presence throughout the region. Despite relocating, he remains deeply connected to his roots in Mohave County, Arizona, where he was born and raised. Broc regularly works out of the firm’s offices in Kingman and Lake Havasu City, spending at least one week each month in Arizona to meet with clients and handle matters locally. Most of Broc’s clientele remains based in Mohave County, where he continues to provide trusted counsel in estate planning, probate, and business matters.
