At a very young age, Brooke decided she wanted to be a lawyer to have a platform to help people. Believing that every person deserves justice, she has spent her entire career fighting for victims, both as a prosecutor and in civil cases. Brooke was raised in West Union, West Virginia, where she lived until she attended college at West Virginia University.
