Bruce A. Kirkwood is an attorney admitted to practice in all state courts of Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for Maryland and the Northern District of West Virginia. He is a member of several bar associations, including the Maryland State Bar Association and the West Virginia Bar Association.
