A Florida native, Bryan brings disciplined advocacy and cross-sector experience to Payne Law, PLLC. He earned a B.S. in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida with focused study in legal studies and emergency management, achieving Dean’s List honors and engaging in community service as a member of Phi Delta Theta.
