About Bryan
Bryan concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation, including construction accidents, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. During his tenure at Swartz Culleton PC, Bryan has obtained jury verdicts that were listed among the Top Pennsylvania Verdicts of 2014, 2015 and 2018 by VerdictSearch. Prior to joining the firm, Bryan gained extensive experience in all areas of employment litigation, including representing aggrieved employees in discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge matters. In addition, Bryan previously represented insurance companies and property owners in general liability cases in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This experience has provided him with an intimate understanding of the strategies utilized by defense attorneys and claims adjusters in handling such matters, which allows him to maximize recovery on behalf of accident victims.
