Mr. Schoeppey has tried cases all over the state of Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Galveston, Corpus Christi, Henderson, and San Antonio. Bryan Schoeppey graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1996, where he was a member of the distinguished SMU Law Review. After law school, Mr. Schoeppey joined a major defense law firm and defended business, insurance, and medical companies. Within two years, Mr. Schoeppey realized that his heart was into helping individuals fight large insurance companies and he has been doing that ever since. Mr. Schoeppey has represented Plaintiffs in cases involving 18-wheeler collisions, premises injuries, medical malpractice, negligent security cases, dog bite injuries, deceptive trade practices, insurance bad faith, product liability, and numerous automobile collisions.
