About Bryce
With thirty years of complex commercial litigation experience, Bryce has acted as lead trial counsel in numerous commercial cases throughout the Western United States, both in Federal and State courts. Prior to joining Witherspoon Brajcich McPhee, PLLC, Bryce was a partner at a national law firm after being the Managing Partner of one of Spokane’s largest law firms. After Bryce completed law school he clerked for the Honorable Justin L. Quackenbush, Chief Federal Judge for the Eastern District of Washington. Bryce is well versed in all types of litigation including IP, commercial and banking, employment, contractor and subcontractor disputes, environmental, insurance, real estate, and land use litigation.
