C. Joseph McCullough

After graduating from law school and passing the Ohio Bar, Joe joined the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, assigned to the Civil Division. Rather than handling criminal matters for the Prosecutor’s Office, he represented Hamilton County, its elected officials, and employees in civil lawsuits filed against the County, both in State and Federal Court. In 2001, Joe served as in-house counsel for Sheriff Simon L. Leis and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
