Attorney C. Mark Warren graduated with highest honors from University of Tennessee at Knoxville and obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with honors in 1989 from the University of Tennessee. He has been licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in Tennessee and Georgia since 1989. For over 30 years, C.
