C. Michael Bee, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, 1950. He graduated from Marietta College in 1971 and West Virginia University College of Law in 1976. Admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 1976, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia. He is a member of various legal and community organizations, and speaks nationally on legal and funding issues for traumatically brain-injured individuals.
