C. Richard Henriksen, Jr. is the firm's Co-founder and now Of Counsel, with over 35 years of practice. He began working for the firm at age 16 and has been active in Bar Associations, serving on the governing board of the Utah Association for Justice since 1979 and as its President in 1985. He is also actively involved with the American Association for Justice as a Delegate or Member of its Governing Board since 1982. He received the Lifetime Service Award from the Utah Association for Justice in 2007 and the Ambassador of the Year award from the American Association for Justice in 2015.
