Caitlin Benson earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. She was awarded the CALI Award in Constitutional Law and Judicial Process and the Outstanding Achievement Award in Property Law. She has experience representing public and private entities in tax-favored financings and previously worked for a litigation-defense firm. She is admitted to practice in Utah and Arizona State Courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Utah.
