Candace “Cea” Hartley is the newest addition to the Serrano Law family. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 2015. Prior to joining Serrano Law, Ms. Hartley was a personal injury attorney at Farah and Farah in Tampa.
