Carl M. Porto II's practice involves representing individuals and companies in a wide range of transactional and commercial legal matters, including real estate, equity and asset-based transactions, mergers, acquisitions, construction law, and litigation. He graduated cum laude from Boston University in 1990 and obtained his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1993.
