Carl N. Anderson is an experienced litigator, born and raised in Layton, Utah. He previously served as a prosecutor with the Dawson County Attorney’s Office, handling thousands of cases and never losing a jury trial. He is qualified by NHTSA as an SFST administrator, instructor, and instructor of instructors. Carl relocated to Utah to focus on criminal defense and has handled several hundred criminal defense cases. He is known for his attention to detail and encyclopedic knowledge of criminal case law. He speaks fluent Spanish.
