About Carlos
Carlos was born and raised in San Antonio de los Altos, Venezuela. At age 18, he moved to the United States. He earned a Degree in Business and Accounting Certificate from the LDS Business College, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Utah. He interned for the IRC (International Rescue Committee). Carlos attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, graduating Cum Laude. He spent his last semester working for the Honorable Judge Thorne in the Court of Appeals of the State of Utah. He is licensed to practice law in Utah, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
