About Carole

Carole Moskowitz has over 30 years experience handling appeals in matters of litigation. Her experience in the field also includes complex multi-party litigation in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, labor law actions and products liability. A graduate of Fordham University Law School (J.D. 1961), she also has in depth experience as an Arbitrator in the New York City court system. Carole has successfully appeared multiple times before Appellate Courts throughout New York State, including New York’s highest Court, the Court of Appeals in Albany on behalf of the firm’s client’s.
