About Cary
Cary Shinn Supple is a founding member of Supple Law Office. Before obtaining her law degree, Cary attended both West Virginia University and Marshall University where she was graduated with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Mathematics and Elementary Education respectively. After teaching public school for a few years, Cary decided to go on to law school at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Cary's private practice predominantly involves representing debtors through credit workouts, financial reorganization (business and personal), and bankruptcy relief via chapters 7, 11, 12 & 13. Cary is also the appointed Fiduciary Commissioner for Mason County, West Virginia presiding over probate issues since January 2014. The remainder of her practice reaches estate planning, estate administration, and general civil litigation. Cary is licensed to practice law in Ohio, West Virginia, and in the United States Federal Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, as well as, the Southern District of Ohio.
