Cassie Vanko is an experienced attorney practicing throughout the Chicagoland area, known for her strong litigation skills and client-focused approach. She earned her Juris Doctor from UIC Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in political science from Northern Illinois University. Cassie began her legal career at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, first as a law clerk and later as a licensed prosecutor, gaining extensive courtroom experience handling a wide range of criminal and traffic matters. She then shifted her practice to civil litigation, focusing on medical malpractice defense, successfully managing complex, high-stakes cases, including multi-million-dollar claims.
