Cedric P. Hay is an attorney admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988. He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1985 and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1987. He is a member of the American Bar Association, West Pasco Bar Association, and a Charter Member for the Allgood-Altman American Inn of Court. He has also served as Past President of the Pasco Literacy Council and the Rotary Club of Hudson.
