About Chad

Chad Hemmat is a co-founding principal partner of Anderson Hemmat, directing all civil litigation operations. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Colorado State University and his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. He has extensive trial experience in car accidents, commercial truck accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and product liability cases. He has been involved in high-profile cases, including changing Colorado law regarding wrongful death actions for premature children and class action lawsuits against major corporations.
