Chance Mcmillan is a board-certified trial lawyer with extensive experience in pre-litigation, litigation, trial, and appeals. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a designation held by less than 7,000 out of 110,000 licensed Texas lawyers. He has achieved record-setting courtroom victories, including an eight-figure medical malpractice verdict and multiple six-figure verdicts in motor vehicle accident and insurance cases in 2019. He is actively involved in the Watson Grinding plant explosion case and serves on various professional committees and boards, including the Houston Bar Association's CLE Committee, Houston Lawyer magazine's Editorial Board, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association's Board of Advocates.
