Mr. Hodum has been engaged in the practice of law since 1986. He has appeared before State courts throughout Tennessee and Mississippi in both bench trials and jury trials. During his career, Mr. Hodum first served as an Assistant District Attorney General for the Tenth Judicial District inEast Tennessee. However, for the last twenty years he has been actively engaged in handling difficult divorce and family law matters, consultation and representation of business and corporate clients, representation of well known entertainment figures in entertainment related matters involving television personalities, rock and roll performers, country music personalities, professional songwriters, event promoters, television and record producer consultation, representation in personal service contract negotiations and the defense of persons accused of criminal misdemeanor and felony charges in both Tennessee and Mississippi. Mr. Hodum has also previously appeared as special counsel in matters in the states of Texas and Arkansas.
