Charles Lavis is the founder and managing shareholder of Lavis Law Firm. He was born in New Orleans and has practiced law since 1995. He represents clients in various personal injury and insurance-related matters, including Job Injuries, Accidents, Products Liability, Hurricane Insurance Claims, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Wrongful Death, Insurance Bad Faith, and workers compensation. He is admitted to practice before all Federal and State Courts in Louisiana, including the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is a member of several bar associations and legal groups. He has received training in Trial Advocacy Skills and is an Advocate by the American Association for Justice National College of Advocacy.
