About Charles

Mr. Rourke’s practice includes construction litigation, premises liability, complex business disputes, property loss, and other general areas of civil litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Rourke worked at an investment bank in Boston, Massachusetts and was a congressional aide to a local congressman. While in law school Mr. Rourke worked as a Student Prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of the Commonwealth. He worked as a clerk at Sloane and Walsh from 2008-2009 before joining the firm as an associate in 2010.
