Charles J. Hertel, a firm partner, was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin in 1980. He is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. He is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the United States Supreme Court Bar.
