About Charles

Charles “Chip” Hubley was born and raised in Indianapolis and graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Political Science and History. Charles then travelled to the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where he was a member of the renowned Litigation Skills Program as well as the Miami Innocence Project, a legal clinic dedicated to identifying and correcting wrongful convictions while committed to exonerating innocent individuals and combating injustice. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Charles worked for the Patiño Law Firm, a trial firm in Miami dedicated to representing injured individuals as well as medical providers. After being admitted to the Indiana Bar, Charles now brings his comprehensive knowledge and experience of litigating cases against insurance companies to The Law Offices of Hurst Limontes LLC, where he aims to continue seeking justice for victims and to protect the rights of individuals here in the great state of Indiana.
