Charles J. DeHart III

Charles J. DeHart, III, 77, of Hershey, passed away on January 14, 2024 at home, surrounded by his family. He was born March 18, 1946 in Harrisburg, son of the late Charles Jr. and M. Jane (Bomgardner) DeHart. Chuck joined the law firm of Caldwell & Kearns PC in 1972 (but has since retired), and was the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in Bankruptcy for the United States Middle District Court of Pennsylvania from October 1987 to April 2021.
