Charles Julius Ruhmann IV, known as Chuck, graduated from Baylor University in 1997 and St. Mary's University School of Law in 2004. He is the President of Hit by a Truck Call Chuck and is licensed to practice law in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. He litigates personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, drunk driving, distracted driving, pedestrian and school zone accidents, premises liability, construction and workplace injuries, and dog bites.
