Charlie Hart’s practice focuses on assisting local ranchers with their legal issues, including negotiating leases and agreements related to production of oil, gas, coal, uranium and other natural resources; estate planning focused on retaining family ranches and minimizing estate taxes; agricultural real estate purchases and sales; and numerous other legal issues particular to Wyoming’s ranching community.
