About Charles
After studying law in Florida, Charles returned to Denison, his father’s hometown, and practiced as a solo attorney for more than a decade before joining Bill Kennedy Law. He brings a strong background in civil litigation, sharp business instincts, and a skill for legal drafting. Over the years, he has independently secured six-figure settlements and successfully reversed a judgment of over $100,000 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Charles built his reputation through persistence and hands-on experience in the courtroom. Today, he enjoys life in downtown Denison, serves as Worshipful Master of the local Masonic Lodge, and stays busy raising his three children: Lucy, Lilly, and Charles II.
