Charles W. Borgsdorf is a 1969 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He joined the firm in 1976 after practicing law in New York City and teaching law for 5 years. After decades of active practice in business law and litigation, commercial transactions, corporate governance, nonprofit entities, alternative dispute resolution and professional responsibility, he now serves as Counsel to the firm on professional responsibility and related matters.
