Charles W. Nichols has over 40 years of legal experience and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He served as Palestine’s City Attorney for 15 years and is a member of the Pro Bono College. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1976 and from the University of Houston Law Center in 1979.
