About Charles
Chuck was born and raised in Delaware. He is a graduate of William Penn High School, the University of Delaware and the Villanova University School of Law. He has been a member of the Bar of the Delaware Supreme Court since 1985. Chuck retired as a Judge of the State of Delaware Court of Common Pleas in 2020, after 19 years of dedicated service, and now has joined the law firm of Schwartz & Schwartz, P.A., in Dover. He is a former State Representative and Deputy Attorney General. Chuck has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Mamie A. Warren Senior Center and is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. Chuck’s primary areas of practice include personal injury, wills, trusts and the probate of estates.
