Charlie Segars-Andrews

F.P. “Charlie” Segars-Andrews attended the University of South Carolina, where she received her bachelor’s degree in 1981. She graduated from the South Carolina School of Law in 1984, receiving her juris doctorate degree. Charlie practiced law in Charleston until 1993 when she was elected to be a Family Court judge. In 1997, Judge Segars-Andrews together with the Charleston Center began the first juvenile drug court in South Carolina.
