About Ched
Ched Jennings has over 47 years of experience fighting for the injured workers of Kentucky. He earned his law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 1975, was admitted to legal practice in 1976, and has served as legal counsel to the Workers’ Compensation Board, Commissioner of the Department of Workers’ Claims, and on the Governor’s Workers’ Compensation Task Force. He is also the founder and president of CompEd, Inc. and the Kentucky Worker’s Association.
