Chelbie A. Mitchell joined Harvey & Baker, P.C. as an associate in early 2019. Chelbie was born and raised near Mt. Vernon, Illinois. She attended both Rend Lake Community College and Southern Illinois University of Carbondale, pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in criminal justice. Following her bachelor’s degree, she attended Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she obtained her juris doctor, graduating cum laude in May 2017.
