Chelsea M. Mague is an attorney focusing in all aspects of transactional real estate law and estate planning and administration. Ms. Mague has experience with commercial and residential real estate transactions, title insurance and title clearance, financing, leasing, business formation and advisement, contract negotiation and preparation, estate planning and administration, and oil and gas law. She frequently counsels clients on structuring commercial credit facilities, securing collateral, and title curatives. Notably, Ms. Mague manages, coordinates, and represents lenders throughout the process of their commercial real estate loan transactions, in addition to providing underwriting advisement and counsel.
