
About Chloe
Chloe Garces was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. She graduated from Wylie High School, then attended Texas Christian University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English with concentrations in Latino Studies and Political Science. She served as Head Delegate for Model United Nations and was Chief Speaker on the TCU Peer Discipline Board. Chloe received her Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2018, where she served on the Texas Tech School of Law Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal and earned Distinction Awards in several courses. She participated in advocacy competitions and was active in the Family Law Society, Organization of Women Law Students, and Hispanic Law Students Association. She volunteered at Legal Aid of Northwest Texas and served on the Board of Directors for Legal Aid Society of Lubbock. Chloe is a second-generation trial attorney, passionate about helping others, and practices Family Law, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Guardianships, and Wills and Probate.
