Chris Heavens is the founding partner of Heavens Law Firm, specializing in personal injury law. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. He holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He earned his B.A. from St. Joseph’s University and his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, starting his legal career in 1991.
