Ms. Schoenfelder has spent her career representing the injured in workers’ compensation cases, ensuring clients receive medical treatment and benefits. She is actively involved in legislative efforts to expand protections for injured workers. She practices as an Ontario personal injury attorney, handling hearings and trials at various WCABs in the Inland Empire, and represents union workers. She obtained her BA from the University of La Verne in 1994 and her JD from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2003. She is a certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law, a Past President of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA), and co-founder of CAAA’s Women’s Caucus. She is also on the Board of Directors of Kids’ Chance of California.
