Christi R. Hemphill

Christi Roy Hemphill is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. In 1990, Christi graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in English. After graduating from USL, she attended law school at Loyola University in New Orleans. She graduated in 1993 from Loyola with her law degree. Upon graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Fleming and the Honorable William D.
