Christian Fober

Christian Fober assists clients in accident litigation. As part of Moseley Marcinak’s Emergency Response Team, Christian starts a case at the scene of the accident and works with clients through the end of trial. In addition to accident litigation, Christian helps with collection cases and supplemental proceedings. Prior to joining Moseley Marcinak, Christian practiced in the areas of general liability, transportation, and workers’ compensation litigation. He clerked for the Honorable C.
