Christine Mougin-Boal

Chris grew up in a multi-cultural home and lived in New York, Alaska and California. She is a fluent French speaker. Chris graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York in 1982 and obtained her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York in 1987. She has maintained licenses to practice law in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and New York but currently practices solely in Virginia.
