About Christopher
Chris practices in all New York Courts serving the Southern Tier, as well as Federal Court. In his over 20 years of trial experience, Chris has successfully handled serious physical injury cases including motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents, bicyclist injuries, dog bite incidents, slip and fall accidents and medical malpractice. In addition, Chris is a strong advocate for defendants charged with felonies or misdemeanors. His criminal defense work ranges from DWI to serious assault. A large part of Chris’ practice is Family Law which includes custody, child support and adoption. In the Supreme Court, Chris has extensive experience representing litigants in uncontested and complex divorce matters. Chris also assists clients with their New York State Workers’ Compensation claims, and he takes care of clients with Real Estate closings for the sale or purchase of homes as well as handling Last Will and Testament & Estate concerns.
