Christopher J. DeCosta is an experienced litigator with a focus on real estate, construction, probate & trust and general commercial litigation. Chris provides counsel to individuals and business clients concerning contract preparation, corporate governance, debtor/creditor rights, civil rights and consumer protection. Chris previously practiced as litigation counsel defending architects, engineers, contractors, companies and individuals in construction and products liability matters. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York. Chris lives on Sanibel with his wife Kelly, and their two children.
