Mr. Lemire concentrates his practice in representing employers, injured workers, and insurance companies in all stages of litigation before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and New York courts. He is experienced in all phases of the Workers’ Compensation process and also handles personal injury, social security disability, and employment claims. He is a frequent lecturer on the New York Workers’ Compensation System.
