Clark Allemang

Richard Clark Allemang, II, known as Clark, has been practicing law in Emporia, Kansas, and the surrounding area, since 2000. He graduated from Emporia High School in 1992, attended Emporia State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 1996, and completed his Juris Doctorate degree from the Washburn University School of Law in May of 2000. Prior to joining Helbert & Allemang in August of 2004, Clark was a prosecutor for the State of Kansas through the Lyon County Attorney’s Office.
